Lennie is a gentle family dog. He was standing outside his home, wagging his tail, when a man threw boiling water over him, an attack caught on CCTV. Lennie suffered severe burns and agonising pain.
Our investigator, Greg Quimpo, has rushed to Manila to help Lennie’s family file a criminal case of animal cruelty.
We’re working with local police to arrest the suspect and bring him before the courts. We’ll ensure Lennie receives the veterinary care he needs and that his abuser faces the maximum penalty under Philippine law.
