Moose was just a kitten when he bit his owner gently, the way kittens do when they play. Instead of laughing it off, the man grabbed him and threw him against the wall — so hard that it killed him.
Lucky was a small gray kitten. He was being held and snuggled when, without reason, the man threw him into a wall so hard it left a hole. Lucky collapsed and died moments later.
Another kitten was killed the very day he was brought home. The man later texted a friend: “So I did kill him the day I got him. And I got another one today and we didn’t even last a couple hours. Idk what’s wrong with me.”
And then came the chilling warning: “I can’t wait until I do a person, bro.”
The kittens can’t speak for themselves. But we can. We must.
