We have identified multiple organised cat torture rings operating openly on the internet.
These groups deliberately film the drowning, electrocution, starvation, and prolonged suffering of cats and kittens, sharing and selling the footage through platforms like Telegram. In some cases, abusers have promoted “kill competitions” and accepted paid requests for custom torture videos, treating extreme cruelty as entertainment.
New videos appear every few hours, and payments — ranging from $20 to over $1,000 — have been traced across borders, linking offenders in multiple countries.
These are not isolated incidents. They are coordinated, international networks profiting from extreme animal abuse while evading accountability.
Law enforcement must act urgently to identify offenders, shut down the platforms and payment channels enabling this trade, and prosecute those responsible.
Sign now to demand a full law enforcement crackdown on online cat torture rings and an end to the sale and distribution of animal abuse videos.
