Our investigators have identified an active roadside dog meat slaughterhouse in the Philippines.
Dogs are being stolen, caged, and killed in plain sight.
During an undercover operation, our informants were handed what the traders called a “delicacy” — a charred dog’s head. This dog was treated as food, while other dogs waited nearby for the same fate.
We are receiving reports of dogs being tied, set over open flames, roasted alive, and killed while fully conscious.
Dogs are still trapped there. They are still alive for now.
